The Paste.

Take 1 tsp of Our pure phytoplankton powder.
Mix slowly with a few drops of filtered water,
It is easier if you use slightly warm water (not hot or you will damage the precious algae.
Take this paste in small amounts during the day, more may be taken if your body receives it well. Also makes a wonderful mask to give it a healthy glow!

Basic drink:

Take 1/4 tsp pure phytoplankton powder,

Zucchini Chia Loaf

1 ½ cups Chia gel (Chia soaked for 20 minutes) 1 cup brown sugar.
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups grated zucchini
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TBSP baking powder
¼ Tsp baking powder
1tsp sea salt
2tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups flour of choice, wheat, spelt, or mix of many.

Add to your bowl – the Chia gel, sugar eggs and vanilla, beat until sooth and creamy, and then stir in zucchini. Take another bowl and mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and nuts.
Add the flour mix to the wet mix, stir lightly to combine and then spoon the mix into greased loaf tin.
Bake in moderate oven 350 deg until the mix is firm and bouncy to touch. Cool before removing from the pan.

Cottage Cheese and Chia spread.

1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup soaked Chia seeds
1 small red or white onion chopped
1dsp chopped parsley

For colour add finely chopped tomatoes or red peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Combine all ingredients, keep refrigerated. Use on crackers, with corn or potato chips, or on your greens at dinner.

Fruity Chia Smoothie.

1 cup fresh or tinned fruit (fresh is best)
1 cup soaked chia
1 cup water
Ice cubes if hot!
1 tsp camu-camu powder.

Some fruits may need a little sweetener to bring out the flavour, try stevia or honey.

Take your favourite fruit minus seeds, pips or stones, blend in blender till smooth.

Ancient Sanskrit holy texts, over 3,000 years old, make reference to a mysterious substance called shilajit, which they describe as the "destroyer of weakness." The texts list its powerful health and spiritual benefits and the positive changes that shilajit brought in the lives of those who used it. The sacred substance was prescribed for thousands years for many different health problems and became a powerful tool in Ayurvedic medicine. There is some indication that shilajit may have been the priceless soma of the Eastern alchemists.

The rediscovery of the power of shilajit is said to have been made by Himalayan villagers observing large white monkeys migrate to the mountains in the warm summer months. The monkeys were seen to be chewing a semi-soft substance that flowed from between layers of rock. The villagers attributed the monkey’s great strength, longevity and wisdom to the strange substance. They began to consume it themselves and reported a broad spectrum of improvements in health. It seemed to give them more energy, relieve digestive problems, Increase sex drive, improve memory and cognition, improve diabetes, reduce allergies, improve the quality and quantity of life and it seemed to cure all diseases.

The ancient Vedic text Rig Veda states that soma "has mountains and stones for its body" and "dwells within the mountainous rock where it grows." Shilajit must be harvested from sacred cliff sides high in the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal. Millions of years ago, before the Himalayas were formed, a lush garden flourished in a vast fertile valley. The vegetation in that primeval garden became trapped and preserved as the movement of the continents caused that valley to become the tallest mountain range in the world. Today, millions of years later the monsoon rains and extreme freeze and thaw conditions work together to crack large rock formations, exposing the precious shilajit. I had never thought about putting the shankara drops on the itchy spot on the nape of my neck til you mentioned it. So I did it and layed off the ylang ylang. It has a sting at first that feels good and it is also keeping the area from scabbing up like every other thing hasn't. I wash my hair and add rosemary oil to the shampoo then apply the shankara afterwards. It not only doesn't itch like the ylang ylang but with this there are less gross scabs. I love the shankara! I think there’s a software program of mine that is running too fast! I feel like a kaleidoscope that someone keeps picking up and I have to regroup and go forward from whatever pattern has turned up. Toxicity Study
Toxicity study of Pueraria mirifica has recently been conducted in male and female Wistar rats by the Medicinal Plant Research Institute, Department of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Public Health and by the Department of Biology, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University. The animals were given the suspension of root powder in water orally at the dose range between 10-1000 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day continuously for a period of ninety days.

The histopathological studies and biochemical data at different dose levels in rats of both sexes suggested that the maximum tolerated dose in rats would be around 100 mg/kg/day. When consider the uncertainty factor for the difference in the species and sensitivity among individuals, it is concluded that the safe dosage of Pueraria mirifica as a dietary supplement for human should be about 50-100 mg/day.

Aging Problems ? How Pueraria mirifica can solve it .
Most women are very concerned about aging, particularly the effects brought about by the aging process. For the average women, menstruation cycles end at 48-50 years of age when the reproductive system stops or slows down functioning.

The body experiences dramatic changes due to lower estrogen levels: the body's systems and its functions begin to decelerate and the immune system weakens, accordingly menopausal women will usually experience both psychological and physiological changes.

Eight female subjects who were having menopausal symptoms received Pueraria mirifica in the form of capsule once daily at the dose of 200 mg for 4 months followed by the dose of 100 mg, for 8 months. Improvement of menopausal symptoms was observed in 5 out of 8 subjects throughout the study period. Physical examinations and biochemical studies revealed that all subjects were healthy. The dietary supplement dose of Pueraria mirifica recommended by the physician for its estrogenic effect in this case is 100 mg per day.

This is a significant improvement at any level of sport.

Furthermore, Mumie considerably facilitates the complete long-term overnight recovery as documented by the morning biochemical (creatinine and lactate concentration, lymphocyte and neutrophile ratio) and hormonal (testosterone to cortisol ratio, the norepinephrine to epinephrine ratio) blood and urine test.

Additional short courses of Mumie are also highly beneficial under circumstances of over training, and physical and emotional stress during both pre-competitive and competitive periods. What is kratom?

The wheels of science grind very slowly. Finally, the first half of the work that was the subject of Jennifer Luke's Ph.D. thesis; presentation in Bellingham, Washington (ISFR conference) in 1998 and a videotaped interview I had with her (see www.fluoridealert.org/videos.htm), has been published in Caries Research.

In my view this work is of enormous importance and could be (or should be) the scientific straw that breaks the camel's back of fluoridation.

When Luke found out that the pineal gland - a little gland in the center of the brain, responsible for a very large range of regulating activities (it produces serotonin and melatonin) - was also a calcifying tissue, like the teeth and the bones, she hypothesized it would concentrate fluoride to very high levels. The gland is not protected by the blood brain barrier and has a very high perfusion rate of blood, second only to the kidney.

Luke had 11 cadavers analyzed in the UK. As she predicted she found astronomically high levels of fluoride in the calcium hydroxy apatite crystals produced by the gland. The average was 9000 ppm and went as high as 21,000 in one case. These levels are at, or higher, than fluoride levels in the bones of people suffering from skeletal fluorosis. It is these findings which have just been published.

It is the ramifications of these findings which have yet to be published. In the second half of her work she treated animals (Mongolian gerbils) with fluoride at a crack pineal gland research unit at the University of Surrey, UK (so there is no question about the quality of this work). She found that melatonin production (as measured by the concentration of a melatonin metabolite in the urine) was lower in the animals treated with high fluoride levels compared with those treated with low levels.

Luke hypothesizes that one of the four enzymes needed to convert the amino acid tryptophan (from the diet) into melatonin is being inhibited by fluoride. It could be one of the two enzymes which convert tryptophan to serotonin or one of the two which convert serotonin to melatonin.

Significance? Huge. Melatonin is reponsible for regulating all kinds of activities and there is a vast amount of work investigating its possible roles in aging, cancer and many other life processes. The one activity that Luke is particularly interested in is the onset of puberty. The highest levels of melatonin ( produced only at night) is generated in young children. It is thought that it is the fall of these melatonin levels which acts like a biological clock and triggers the onset of puberty. In her gerbil study she found that the high fluoride treated animals were reaching puberty earlier than the low fluoride ones.

We know from recent studies - and considerable press coverage - that young girls are reaching puberty earlier and earlier in the US. Luke is not saying that fluoride (or fluoridation) is the cause but her work waves a very worrying red flag. Fluoride's role in earlier puberty needs more thorough investigation. Of an interesting historical note, in the Newburgh versus Kingston fluoridation trial (1945-1955), it was found that the girls in fluoridated Newburgh were reaching menstruation, on average, five months earlier than the girls in unfluoridated Kingston, but the result was not thought to be significant at the time (Schlessinger et al, 1956).

When one considers the seriousness of a possible interference by fluoride on a growing child's pineal gland (and for that matter, elderly pineal glands) it underlines the recklessness of fluoridation. The precautionary principle would say, as would basic common sense, that you don't take these kind of risks with our children for a benefit which, at best, amounts to 0.6 tooth surfaces out of 128 tooth surfaces in a child's mouth

The prostate "lives" in its own private little world and the medications need to be specifically geared for the prostate. The usual ten day round of antibiotics will not be effective.

Saw Palmetto is a "multi-site" inhibitor of the hormone DHT, which plays a major role in the development of prostate disorders. Saw palmetto inhibits 50% of the binding of DHT to receptor sites in the prostate. It also blocks the uptake of DHT into the nucleus of prostate cells, and strongly inhibits the action of testosterone 5 alpha-reductase, which reduces the conversion of testosterone to DHT.

In modern research, fat-soluble extracts of Saw Palmetto have been shown to inhibit the conversion of testosterone to dihydro-testosterone (DHT), and to block the binding of DHT to prostate cells, thus reducing prostate enlargement and inflammation.
